2025-2026 REGIONAL DIRECTOR PROGRAM
The Regional Director Program was designed for recent college graduates who want to live on mission, empower college women, and grow deeper in their faith.

Sooo… What is it like to be a Regional Director?
Mentorship
Pouring into Delight leaders is the heart of the RD Program! Each RD has roughly 100-150 leaders that they’re regularly in contact with. So whether it’s helping a leader through chapter growth or spiritual development, their RD is their go-to gal!
Travel
Throughout the year, RDs travel around their region to visit all of their chapters. This might look like leading a chapter meeting, lots of coffee dates, training, and repping alllll the Delight merch while doing it!
Administration
The RD role is roughly 60% relational and 40% administrative. This typically involves updating our database, monitoring book sales, merchandise, and so much more!
Spiritual GROWTH
Throughout the 10 months, RDs are developed into stronger, more humbled, educated, and experienced leaders. This time spent on a mission is something that you cannot quite measure, but will change your life forever.

The Regional Director Program is a fully support-raised position. We provide all of the training and resources you'll need to share your heartbeat behind the role and invite your community to partner with you in ministry!

The answer is two-fold. First, this is an opportunity to be fully dependent on the Lord to provide. Your ministry becomes even more impactful as you spend months sharing your vision and heart with others who will come alongside you for your year on mission. Second, Delight Ministries is a nonprofit organization that raises funds for the ministry at large. Our ministry is primarily supported by generous donors.

RDs are responsible for raising both their salary for the 10 months as well as an outlined ministry budget. The salary is a set range and the ministry expenses are around $9k-10k. These include all things for travel: gas, hotels, flights, rental cars, and food; retreat venue, food, decorations; and additional things like gifts, shipping, and workspace funds. The total amount raised normally ranges from $35,000-45,000.

We believe in the power of in-person conversations and asks. RDs will meet in person or via Zoom to share their heart and passion for the RD role and how God has called them into it. After sharing their ministry vision, they will invite the person to partner with them during their 10 month position.

RDs will receive one-on-one coaching, monthly training, curriculum, and branded materials to use throughout the support raising process.

“In my sophomore year of college, My Regional Director came to visit and I got the opportunity to talk to her and learn more about this role she was in for 10 months. After I had this conversation with her, I could NOT stop thinking about it and it consumed my thoughts. I was set on applying and knew this was the job for me. I was a little reluctant because I would ask myself, “What if this isn’t from the Lord? What if this isn't the path for you?” and it was something I had to learn to release before even applying.
The summer before my senior year, my church held their annual women's conference and this is where the Lord confirmed this job for me. After my pastor preached, she opened the altars for prayer and at the time I was dealing with a health issue so I went up for prayer. For months prior to this night, I asked the Lord “Please give me a clear cut sign that this is the job for me and even use the delight verse (psalm 37:4) to confirm it.” That night when I went up for prayer, my pastor said “I feel like the Lord is wanting me to speak Psalm 37:4 over you” and in that moment it clicked in my spirit that this was the job I was called to!
I applied 2 or 3 days after applications opened and then got the call in January that I would be the Pennsylvania RD which was a dream come true. This job has truly changed my life in so many ways and I am forever grateful that the Lord has entrusted me in this position. These women that I get to serve alongside have changed my life and seeing the way the Lord has shifted my heart has been indescribable.
